Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated: July 2026

Sit Sababa is committed to providing an equal, accessible service to every person, including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort in making the site accessible, clear and easy to use for everyone.

1. Our commitment

We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we keep reviewing and improving it.

2. Accessibility features on this site

Hierarchical headings and semantic content suited to screen readers Full keyboard navigation with clear focus indication Explicit labels on all form fields and clear error messages Alternative text for images and icons Color contrast that meets the requirements, including a dark display mode A mobile-friendly layout that supports text scaling Full support for Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) No flashing content, auto-playing media or time limits

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — for example, photos uploaded by members (homes and pets) may not always carry a detailed alternative description. We are working to improve this. Encountered a difficulty? Please let us know and we will address it promptly.

4. Accessibility inquiries

Found an accessibility issue, or need an adjustment? Email us at sitsababa@gmail.com and mention "accessibility" — we treat these inquiries with high priority and will respond as soon as possible.
